“It that would be the case, I think BIAB tracks would stack up very well against what most unknown, self financed, trying to make it big in Nashville artists would get.” You may be right, but I haven't heard any BIAB productions that compare to top demo studios in LA or Nashville. Live players in a live room. I believe that it's more a matter of dynamics, arrangement and signature lines than audio quality, but all things considered, it's a different level of quality.
