BiaB 2016 v143 can use external vst's, but the implementation makes the vst's quite useless. The program sends programchange-messages to the hosted vst's, which depends on the used patches. These messages can't be switched off, so every soundsetting, which I chose for the vst's, are overwritten by the patches.
