Hi,
I transcriped a peace of music (ev16 feeling with 16notes)
after a check up, I realized that,
when I switch between Editable Mode and Notationsmode I miss some 16tel Notes in the Notationsmode in some syncopes, that I wrote in the Editable Mode. Now the rythmic of the syncope is wrong and different.
The same mistake comes when I printed the sheet of Music out.

This mistake cames after a slur in 16-Notes.

Who can please help me

thank you

Hi Fred,

Can you post and image (or a link to an image) of what you mean? It would be good if I could see what the music looks like in notation mode and also in editable mode.

Regards,
Noel

Hi Fred,

At the bottom of the "Quick Reply" window, you'll find a button called "Switch to Full Screen Reply".

Click on that button.

When in Full Screen reply mode, the graphics File Manager is located at the bottom of the text window.

Regards,
Noel

Hello Noel
Unfortunately it is not possibel to demonstrate this small bug every time,

but you will hit it, If you switch several times between the Notations- and Editable Mode,
or load the song again. - You will see.
(The song is notated in EV16 Style, all in 16-notes Beat Resolution)

Regards
Fred

Hi Fred,

Thanks for the graphics. They help me understand your problem much clearer.

This might help...

When in Notation Mode, have a look under the Options button (#1 on the image below).

Check that the Tick Offset (#2) is set to zero. If the value is non-zero, this could create the problem shown in your images.

It would also be worthwhile seeing if having the "Fine Resolution" (#3) off helps. It may or may not but it's something I'd try.

Hope this helps,
Noel

The other thing to look at is whether the "Clean" checkbox is checked or not.

This will give you a cleaner display, especially when "live" input notes are not exactly on the division lines. But it has to guess as to what to leave out and what to slide over to do so, so you will see some inconsistencies. If you uncheck the "Clean" box, I believe you will see the same thing in both modes.

Fred_100,

Since Noel's idea did not work you should contact PG Music Support to advise them of the issue.

Include a link to this thread so they can clearly understand the issue and what steps have been taken so far.
