The way I would do that is to open th song file in Real Band and generate the Uke track there. It will conform to the style you have selected for the song when you composed it and saved it in BB.

I use this all the time to add fiddle or steel to hard rock style songs.

You can also do this in BB directly by replacing one of the existing tracks with a new real track. Problem is, you are limited to 5 tracks total. Real Band allows you to add as many tracks (with in reason) as you might need, to a project.
