Your RealBand license key should be the same as your BIAB license key you used to authorize BIAB.

As far as swapping instruments, just do one of the following:

If you want a RealTrack, just right click on the instrument radio button you want to change and select "Select RealTracks" and select the RT you want to substitute with.

If you want to select a different specific MIDI instrument from a different style, just right click on the instrument radio button you want to change and select "Select Custom MIDI Style" and then select the style from which you want to select that specific instrument.
