You can change to a one-bar count in: Options>Preferences>Count in > and check the 1 Bar lead in check-box Count In is a global setting, you cannot set the count in per song. All or nothing. You can turn count-in off though BIAB & RB2026 Win.(Audiophile), Windows 10 Pro & Windows 11, Cakewalk Bandlab, Izotope Prod.Bundle, Roland RD-1000, Synthogy Ivory, Session Keys Grand S & Electric R, Kontakt, Focusrite 18i20, KetronSD2, NS40M, Pioneer Active Monitors.

If it doesnt matter to you, I'd be fascinated to know why. On the Up side, if you create your backing tracks IN BIAB (rather than exporting tracks to a DAW)and you export the whole thing as a single wav, you can simply clip it off in your DAW of choice.
