It seems that this problem is going to be quite difficult to solve by typing.

The easiest way to solve the issue would be for you to contact Support directly and speak with them. The contact details are under the "Support" link at the top of the webpage - there's a toll-free number.

A number of people on the forum have mentioned that PG Music can remotely hook up to you computer if need be and that will make solving the problem much easier.

In the meantime, some questions that I suspect they might ask you are...

1. Does the "OK-Preview/Graphics" button work for you?

2. Seeing that you've been a forum member since 2010, does this mean that you used to be able to print ok?

3. Has anything changed on your computer? (For example: Did you move to Windows 10? Have you installed a new version of BIAB? Have you updated to the latest build of BIAB?)

4. Have you tried resetting to factory defaults? (It's found under the Options menu. This is something that is always worth trying when BIAB stops doing what it used to.)

5. What version of BIAB do you have?
