Nope, as I understand the interface was licensed by TC-Helicon and integrated into RealBand (and BIAB), not as a plugin, but as an integral part of the program. That's because it understands the chord grid and can generate harmonies based on that.

That being said, you could always use it in RealBand and generate individual wav files that you can bring into Reaper.
