"I had to resort to contacting PG Tech Support .., who informed me that there isn't one available on their website for download,
- nor did they did not even offer me one frown

..., and the PG website does not even provide prospective users a full insight into BIAB's workings functions and limitations, not even in their F.A.Q frown"

Yes it's not really a selling point as every other DAW, audio app has a PDF Manual download to suss out before you buy.

I thought you were going to buy a Download version while it was on sale to try out as you would of had 30 days to test it all out without paying import duties and get a refund if it was not what you need..
The Win version will be released soon and It "might" have a 24bit Audiophile version but the Mac version you are after won't be released til 4-5 months later unless they are both in the same program language now and released at the same time ?????????
You can use the Win Audiophile version on a Mac with a bit of tweaking but you would need to do a crossgrade to get the Mac app only to use with the Win Audiophile version. If they release the 24bit Win wav ver the current Mac app will read & write the 24bit files from what I tried, but have not tried the RealDrums yet @ 24bit.

It is fantastic what Biab can do though the interface is lacking compared to other DAW/Audio apps, basically you just need to grin n bear it as there is NOTHING out there does what it can do.

I would just wait and see what happens around the end of November/December.
