A couple of things to play with: there is a checkbox for ASIO always on; you might want to check that. You may also want to launch the ASIo control panel to make sure you are using the correct ports.

Also, just in case, make sure you are running BIAB as administrator.

Sometimes my ASIO driver goes haywire, so if you don't have it, you might want to download ASIO4ALL and give it a try. Even if you don't use ASIO4ALL, sometimes I find switching to ASIO4ALL and then switching back to the soundcard's ASIO driver clears things up. Shouldn't be that way, but I've found that works, so I just go with it.
