This was truly a case where the Band in a Box Style helped me interpret my idea and truly "bring it to life"--both sonically and arrangement wise. https://soundcloud.com/davidsnyderchannel/where-the-water-is-clean More and more I find BIAB to be a songwriting "partner" and composing tool. There are deep wells of endless fascination in this amazing product for sure. Hope you dig it. Three wild guesses what it is about. The write reminded me of Neil Young mixed with a little help from Stephen Stills... in the days when they were doing good, heady stuff.... Super! Murky waters. I really like the sound you've discovered with this production and the sense of longing that it creates. You've done a great job putting this together. Yet another notch in your songwriting belt! On first listen, it struck me that the lyric in the chorus could be delivered on every musical phrase for the first 2-4 lines to give more variety to it rhythmically. However, it works great the way it is too. Wonderful listen!! Take care. Greg
