Just to be clear, did you clean re-install Windows to this machine or did you just use the previous hard drive (or a clone or image of it)? If the latter, then I suspect there are probably some driver incompatibilities keeping Windows from launching.

If the former, is your SATA drive in the same mode (IDE, PATA, or AHCI) as your previous computer?

When you get to the repair screen, which options do you choose? Have you tried just to repair the boot options, or are you repairing Windows itself?

Here's something I would try also (which you may have already done); may not fix it, but worth a try.
