I just placed a "test order" for this, using your shipping address, and was able to "order" this without any notification of shipping restrictions.

When ordering on our website for shipment outside of the USA & Canada, a message will appear in the cart that states:

PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States and Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. For further information please contact your local customs office.

Was that what you were referring to?

EDIT: Also, if you had added a third-party product there would be a restriction on shipping. A note appears at the top of your shopping cart:
SHIPPING THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS: You have third party software or hardware in your cart, so your order can only be shipped within Canada and USA.
