I used to double click on a RT and the demo would play so I could hear what it sounded like. Now I have to generate a track in Realband to audition it because nothing happens when I double click or click on the play arrow. No error message - just nothing.
The weird thing is that in BIAB it works and the demos play fine so I can do it there but I'd like to do this in Realband.
I don't understand why I can hear the track demos in BIAB and not in Realband. I'm on win 10.
RT's are set to the correct usb drive in both RB and BIAB.
Same thing except - it only generates if I hit "ok". But I want to hear it first so before hitting ok, I will hit play and nothing happens. If I double click nothing happens.
I tried checking and unchecking the boxes by band (dblclk) and internet but that doesn't make any difference. I tried solo and band. I get nothing but it does generate whatever I pick if I hit ok. It's weird.
Yeah... it's latest build "10". 2016 Everything Pak. And I clicked the rebuild and fix button but nada. I guess I'll have to call support tomorrow and see if they can figure it out.
Sorry, I couldn't duplicate it in the current release .. though I did see it before. I remember this being an issue a while back, but it was fixed since then.

In windows 10 Groove Music is the default music app and it won't change even if you choose WMP instead in default app settings. Auditioning tracks works fine in BIAB and I'm using the same ASIO drivers and default playback and record settings - EMU USB in both.
So I tried this. On the the RT picker page, I click on the little folder box - right bottom of transport, it takes me to the folder where the wma files are. I click on the instrument file there and Groove Music comes up with an error message that says this file is in use by another app. So i exit that and I click on play with WMP which comes up with a vague error message that just says can't play.
