You are correct, you can install both 32 and 64 bit Sonar on same system.

HOWEVER, the LAST installed version (32 or 64) overwrites all shared DX/DXi's and other apps (e.g., TTS-1) with the appropriate bit version (32-bit or 64-bit respectively) of whatever DX/DXi's its installing (e.g., TTS-1.dll)
