"64GB Pen drive for backup" - don't know exactly what this is, but it does not sound like a good drive for backup. Mainly cause it is too small for the job.


Don't delete anything from you backup drive. Back up drives are very inexpensive. Invest in a suitable one and save your investment.

After you have your backup, go ahead and delete (no uninstall option necessary) any of the folders you don't feel you will be needing on the laptop.

I also play back from a laptop, but I use a portable 250 G USB drive to hold the entire BIAB collection and play from the external drive. I also have the entire BIAB install fully on my Desktop Music machine. I used to also keep a "backup drive", but stopped when I discovered I could always recover the entire application from my download section on the website.
