I don't have that program, but have a few general suggestions.

First, reboot (clears Windows resources) and try starting it again.

Try running the program as Administrator.

If no success, consider an uninstall & reinstall.

Is this a download? Try downloading again.

Did it ever work, or is this a new purchase?
