You must select a volume that you have Band-in-a-Box installed on (/Applications/Band-in-a-Box). If you want to choose a different location for your "RealTracks" folder (audio files), then you need to press the [customize] button and change the location there. The RealTracks data files will still get installed to /Applications/Band-in-a-Box on the selected volume, while the RealTracks folder will be installed in whatever custom location you chose.

Note that you would need to make sure to choose the location for each RealTracks install, so it may in fact be easier to install everything to the default location and move it later. Just as long as all of the RealTracks are in the same place.
