On my leadsheet window, the current bar indicator is one bar behind. What have I done? I'm not aware of a program setting where you could have done this. I have re installed my realtek audio driver This is a laptop, I presume? Realtek is recognized as just about the worst possible soundcard out there. You could do much better with a USB soundcard, which can be inexpensive like a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2. I have mme selected in drivers With a better soundcard you can use ASIO, which should allow you to cut the latency considerably. -delayed due to Thanksgiving Maybe, but PG Music is a Canadian company. They could just be busy. What version of Windows are you using, and what version of BIAB? The BIAB version makes a difference in other settings we could recommend.
