To get the latest jbridge, just go to J's site and download the latest version. You will need your email address you used when you registered/purchased it to get the non-demo version.

You will then get an email with a file in 7-zip format. You'll have to unzip this file using either WinZip (not free) or 7-zip (free). That will result in a secondary zip-format file that you will also need to unzip. After unzipping, you should have an EXE file that you can run to install jbridge.

You won't see jbridge - BIAB/RB will just use it. There will be a JBridge entry in your start menu, however, for those plugins you need to create manual bridging files from (the jbridger utility), but you won't need that for BIAB/RB.
