Thanks for your responses guys.
First, I have downloaded Win Media player 9 10 11 and 12 from the MS website. Each time when I try to install it, the message is that its not a valid program????
Second, I have tried Return to factory settings, there is no change.
If I load a RT demo, the file will play fine with no errors.
If I try to choose a RT in a file that just has a melody, I get the error messages, everytime.
I have tried running as Administrator, there is no change.
I cant understand why I cant install Win Media player?
Any other tips?
