Just downloaded and installed 2017, Audiophile (waiting for the drive, just installed the program and the 49 pak).
Very exciting but ...
Every time I try to load a usertrack (any usertrack) the program crashes completely. The same usertracks that used to work fine with 2016. I can't open not even one. In fact, the program crashes even before opening a UT, just by selecting any UT to open will make it crash instantly, I can't even push the OK button to load the UT.
Anybody having the same issue?

sometimes BIAB and RB appear to crash because a modal dialog box has ended up behind another screen, and you can't see that it's waiting for input. So I guess its worth asking if the program just seems "locked up?" (in which case, you'd use ALT-TAB to scroll through all the open dialogs). This happened to the activation dialog for some people during beta testing... (have you been able to enter the activation code yet?)
But if the program is throwing error messages, then that's not what's happening.
It also might be worth asking if you had installed all of the 2016 updates before installing the new version. That would be build 438 for BIAB and patch 10 for RB

No, the program actually crashes. I even get the "BIAB has stopped working" message (or something similar to that).
And yes, my 2016 biab was up do date.
Also, I did activate BIAB 2017, that went smoothly.
I'm still trying, no success. Everything else seems fine.

Also, I did activate BIAB 2017, that went smoothly.
I'm still trying, no success. Everything else seems fine. In that case you may want to message support directly.. they're probably too blitzed today to watch the forum very closely.

Ok, things are ok now. Usertracks seem to load fine, even the ones I couldn't load before. Super strange. Honestly, I don't know what I did. I just created a new song instead of starting from an existing one. Then I closed BIAB without doing anything (I had the feeling that BIAB had to save some settings by closing normally, without crashing. It probably makes no sense but ... I did). Opened the program again, tried to load a UT, it was fine. Tried again, fine again. Finally I opened the old song in which I couldn't open any UT, and again now UTs load. Very very strange. But it works now
