I have the Everything Pak plus the 49 Paks from 2015 to the present 2017. But have installed the updates, I am now missing a whole bunch of RT's and Mst's, 131 to be exact, all showing as N/A !
Is there a way get these back easily?
I assumed having Everything + Bonus packs nothing should be missing. The missing ones range from RT254 to RT 277 + MST 23/24. I have a total in the Stylepicker of 4843 items

I also now installed Xtra Paks 1 & 2 and now have a Stylepicker total of 5168 items. Although the missing RT's still remain. despite the website states that these are included in the Everything pack
Noel96, Thanks for the info. Here are the screen shots of the missing files. Another problem is that the download manager doesn't work as it says that it can't find my serial number and need to activate it. But on doing so, it states it is already activated and I don't need to do anything. No wonder people are confused.

It seems like you installed to the new RealTracks etc. to a different folder than your existing Band-in-a-Box? I would suggest:
1. Run a RealTracks installer that you downloaded (doesn't matter which one), and see what it says for the RealTracks folder location. Is it your Band-in-a-Box folder (i.e. C:\bb ?)
2. Check in the RealTracks preferences dialog, and see if you have a "custom folder" selected there.
And/or
3. Check in the RealTracks Picker dialog, show RealTracks that are n/a, and see if it gives you any information there. For example it might tell you the reason RealTracks are missing, like 'ST2 not in BB folder'.
1. Realtracks are installed on c:/bb in a Realtracks directory 2. Tried installer and defaults to C:/bb 3. Have checked Realtracks style picker and there missing RT's within the range of 254-277.
From the graphic, it looks like you haven't installed the styles or the 202 Realtracks from version 2017.
You can use the download manager, or do the installs manually. If you've used the download manager, and it tells you that you've installed the 2017 and won't let you install them again, then maybe you should try it manually.
Find the installer, and please let us know the name of the installer that you are clicking on that contains the Realtracks from 2017.
