First off, I have to say PG has an awesome customer service. I will save that for another post.
I recently purchased the 2016 Utrapak installed on their usb hardrive.
I did the full install from this drive to my computer.(To keep the USB as a backup). I have now downloaded the new 2017 version (that PG kindly offered me) and all its goodies to my computer. So the question is... How do I get my downloads(in my download folder on my computer)over to the usb drive to update that?
And of course I will want to update my computer also. But I think as soon as I open the file it will probably want to download automatically.( I can only hope)....or am I over thinking this. Maybe let my computer upgrade to 2017 and copy back to the usb drive?? I'm not the sharpest knife in then drawer when it comes to computers.
