BIAB doesn't allow a user to specifically isolate a shot and then reproduce that shot (the same is true of any audio pattern). At the moment, the only way I can think of getting what you are after is to create a Performance file.
On more reflection, probably the easiest way is to create the Performance file in BIAB. To do this, right-click on "Drums" and select "Track Actions". This will make a file called 'Songname drums.wav (or wma)'. You could then use any DAW or audio editor to edit that file and change it to what you want. (Drums are easy to work with because the sound is percussive and not continuous.) If you then save the edited file with the original name, you'll have what you want.
