For week 49, here is a mellow folky style tune, West of Everything: https://52tracksblog.com/2016/12/08/track-49-west-of-everything/I used the Hopeful Xtra Style, which uses a held acoustic bass, fingerpicked and strummed acoustic guitars, a very cool electric guitar, and a brushed snare drum. I kept it simple--no solo. Thanks for listening. Only three songs left to record and release!! Fred

The easy swing style here fits well to my ears... lifts the feel of the song into almost upbeat territory.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
