Leo: Normally you cannot move a program that writes to the registry when installed in Windows but from what I understand, BIAB does not write to the registry when installed.

That's why you can just move the entire thing over to another location.

I have moved my BIAB from the original install on the D Drive to the C Drive after upgrading to a Solid State drive with no problems at all. In fact, I kept a copy of my 2016 BIAB on the D drive when I upgraded 2017 BIAB on my C Drive. I usually do this on an upgrade just in case there are problems or if I need to see how a song that might give me problems in version 2017 acts while running under version 2016.

The only part of BIAB that installs in a different location and may write to the registry are the DirectX Plugins. Those install to C:\Program Files (x86)\PowerTracks DirectX Plugins on a 64bit PC or to C:\Program Files\PowerTracks DirectX Plugins on a 32bit system.

You should not have to worry about those when you move the /bb directory.
