I never knew too much about Country music only what I heard from my Mum's Charley Pride tapes and Bob's Country Bunker on The Blues Brothers, "Ah, what kind of music do you usually have here ?" "Oh we got both kinds, we got Country, and Western." Then one day I flick the channel and the CMA Awards were on and this singer she got me and I saw the light, it was some Canadian singer called Shania Twain ! then I found CMT. Shania was responsible for bringing so many over and rockin' it up for the mainstream. She copped a lot of flack in Nashville from the establishment but stuck it to them with hit after hit. They would only let her have 1 of her songs on her first album, then she meet AC/DC producer Mutt Lang and the rest is history. Biab is great for that as I can get into any music genre. So thank God for the things that come outta Canada, and my Mum's Charley Pride Tapes, she's Canadian as well  .
