Hi guys
I've created a new usertrack with BIAB 2017 and I have major problems using it, basically BIAB crashes all the time when I play it back (or right after it's played back). It doesn't happen with UTs created with 2016 and played back with 2017. I have created several UTs in the past, never had a problem.
The same problem happens not only when I create wav files in my DAW (as I usually do) but also when I create a UT from scratch in Real Band. Same crash, same problem.
I already contacted support, I gave them all the info, so I'm just waiting for their answer.
However I am writing here as I'm wondering (actually, it would be very useful to know) whether it's just me (so it's something related to my particular system or my installation) or instead if others are experiencing the same problem. Any experience about this?

(by the way, my BIAB is up to date, it's running with admin rights, I un-installed and re-installed it completely twice, my system has plenty of RAM and CPU resources etc etc)

Thanks Jon for the detailed explanation. I amn not aware of this issue with 2017. It would appear that PG Music will need to be involved to assist with resolving this problem, however, please do keep us informed of your progress.

Please send us the entire folder for your user track (In a zip file) a link in Dropbox or something like that like be the best way. To support@pgmusic.com and reference this thread and tell them to forward it to me.

thank you very much for your answer. I already sent to support, about 5 days ago, the whole UT zipped folder, plus the complete error log that appears after the crash.
I'll send another email suggesting support to forward the problem to you, as suggested.
I have a feeling it's something specific to my case, or something wrong that I'm doing, otherwise other people would have reported the same issue, but I just cant figure out what it is .... it's driving me crazy :-)
