Hi brother from a different mother. Sforzando is a sample player much like Kontakt, SampleTank and others. You have to add it as a VSTi, pick a patch/sound that you want and assign it to your BiaB MIDI channel. This is the same process one uses for any sample player so if you are familiar with ST2 that comes with BiaB then you will be familiar with SFZ. There a many good sounding SFZ patches out there. In fact Sonar's Demension Pro uses SFZ patches. Many SFZ patches sound better than ST2 patches.
