BIAB will do what you want. People who play transposing instruments such as trumpet, sax, clarinet, etc., need to do this regularly. BIAB calls this 'visual transposing'.

Firstly, Bob is 100% correct. It's necessary to set the key and transpose the chords one semitone lower in BIAB.

Secondly, go to Chord Display and select the visually transposed option for guitar that's been tuned down. This will show the chords as being one semitone higher.

The net result of this is that BIAB will play in Eb but it shows chords in E.
