OP johnmusic Apprentice J Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 232 NJ,USA	Hi All, I created a song in Band in a Box and Real Band crashes when I try to open the .sgu file. Both programs are 2017 and up to date. This can be downloaded and manually installed from the below link. http://www.pgmusic.com/support.realband.htm 2. To start Realband, right-click on the startup shortcut and select "Run as administrator". See if this helps. 3. Set your audio driver to MME for the moment. Not all ASIO drivers behave the same and it might be that the Mackie ASIO driver is not co-operating. Setting the driver to MME will help isolate if this is the problem. Regards, Noel MY SONGS... Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
