Os cuento el problema: abro el band in a box sin problemas. Selecciono realtracks y al abrirse el menú para buscar el real track deseado, de pronto se queda en blanco donde debieran aparecer todos los realtracks y el programa se bloquea. Tengo que recurrir a ctrl-alt-supr

Before you open the Realtrack picker, make sure that the paths for Realtracks and Realdrums is entered correctly.
For the Audiophile drive, it is necessary to enter a custom path.
See below image... my audiophile drive is permanently drive P. This means I need to use P:\bb\Realtracks as the path for Realtracks (#3 on image).
** Make sure that the "Use custom folder location for Realtracks" is active (#3).
There's also a similar setting under the Realdrums setup. This is #5 on the image below.

Do other Realtracks dialogs work, like the ones accessed from the tracks menu at the top (for example click on the piano radio button to see the piano tracks menu). And then choose select best Realtracks. That skips the Realtracks dialog.
Also, usually a crash is accompanied by a message with an address or information about the crash.

I bought audiophile edition. I had installed last actuall pack.
Wherever i open real tracks window, i can not select anyone, and band in a box crash
... This hapened several times
Given the solution here was that path(s) had not been defined correctly, it would be much better if the program gracefully handled this situation, rather than crashing.
Could an exception handler or test for folder/file availability be added to preclude the crash occurring that the user experienced??
