Andrew, I know you would probably prefer someone in your area or perhaps someone you could Skype with, but I just thought I would mention Groove 3's BIAB course. You are correct in that there are lots of BIAB tutorials out there, but this is an A-to-Z course that covers all the fundamentals. It's non-interactive, but Eli Krantzberg does a great job with his tutorials and he responds to e-mails. There are a couple of free videos from the course that you can watch.
