Thank you so much for the kindness! We sure do appreciate it! I'm delighted you enjoyed the backing tracks. What you heard was the fourth attempt at getting the right instruments and getting them panned, volume adjusted and the tone where we wanted it. We're going to try to be here more often. We just moved into a new house and I (Alan) just finished 8 months of chemo for colon cancer, so we've been distracted!

It's great to see you back in the forum again. I've missed you. This is a truly beautiful composition. To my ear, the vocals sit perfectly with the message in the lyrics. There's so much heartfelt sincerity in this presentation. Stunning writing, arranging, mixing, performing and producing. I was with you all the way.

Gene Watson? Yes! We saw him in a small venue years ago and put on a heckuva show. This song definitely has the feel of his ballads. Meaning it's heartfelt through and through including the vocals and the write.
And you packaged it with a great BiaB band!
