No one else has mentioned this about 2017, to my knowledge.

Did you try running Latency Monitor or DPC Latency Checker, to see if you have other processes running? DPC will give high values in Windows 10 (known problem) but relatively speaking it still works to identify spikes. Certain drivers, like wireless networking, can make it seem like you have a drunk drummer.

Also, Ed, do you ever use Edit, Slide Tracks? Especially the Humanize checkbox in there? That can mess up timing, although I like to push the Melody and bass a bit.
