Just an update for any reading this thread...

I ran BIAB 2017 from the hard drive on my other computer, an AMD desktop with 4G RAM and 2.0 GHZ processors (I think!) to check for any problems with DragDrop's MASTER+CTRL+SHIFT.

The end result was the same, however. DragDrop MASTER+CTRL+SHIFT did NOT work to give me separate WAV tracks. But using the + area in the middle of DragDrop, DID. Also, as mentioned in another thread, ESC did not work to cancel the DragDrop. It would give the yellow message prompt, but go ahead and finish the rendering process anyway.

What I did find interesting, however, is that on my desktop machine, BIAB 2013 run from the hard drive (or the installed version, also 2013) worked as expected. (Running BIAB 2013 from the hard drive also worked fine on my laptop.)

So my previous conclusion that this problem was related to my laptop only, was in error. It's not specific to my HP laptop, nor to Win 10, as the desktop is running Win 7, now.

Still waiting to hear from PG Music on anything they can discover about this. Hopefully it will all go away, soon.
