Hi. Have 2014 BIAB EverythingPAK.
Thinking the UltraPlusPack 2017 is the right upgrade for me as:
Assuming the Tutorials and Song Lessons have not been upgraded since 2014.
Is this assumption true? If not, what has been upgraded?

You're right! If you already have a 2014 EverythingPAK and are wanting the hard drive version for 2017, the UltraPlusPAK should work well for you. (the Songs & Lessons PAK and Video Tutorial PAK in the EverythingPAK have not changed since your 2014 purchase).
