Hi Loopy Fruit and welcome to the forum!

I assume you want each percussion instrument (bass drum, snare, high hat, cymbal, etc.) to have its own audio track when you're using RealDrums since every midi note on midi channel 10 is already a different percussion instrument.

That request has been made many times. PG Music's response is all RealDrums recorded and released to date are stereo recordings.

So I will support the request with a +1 with the modification that I would like for all future RealDrum releases to be stereo and multi-track.

Multi-track works good in DAWs and RealBand but might not work so good in Band-in-a-Box because the software program is limited to eight tracks (7 instrument and 1 audio tracks).

User Pipeline has demonstrated some ways to create multi-track drums using midi and VSTi so search his posts.

Also, you can take the stereo RealDrums track into a DAW, duplicate the stereo track three times then EQ a different instrument of the drum kit with each track. Then you can group the tracks into a subgroup, adjust the volume of the three tracks to taste throughout the song and achieve some control over the content in that manner.
