The one ferry from the mainland stops just south of Nanaimo where Diane Krall was born, and then the trip down to Victoria is inspirational to say the least. I have lots of family on that island, and it's something I would urge everyone to do. In fact, PG music would be on the right track to host an annual event of musicians, right in Victoria.
