Can someone please recommend a wired, headset mic with no headphones that will plug directly into my mixer.

Tony,
What make and model mixer do you have? What physical microphone inputs does the mixer have? Does the mixer include a talkback circuit?
What are you going to use the microphone for? Recording your singing while listening to backing tracks on the headset or talking to musicians you are recording that are in another room? Or something else I haven't thought of?

Tony,
What make and model mixer do you have? What physical microphone inputs does the mixer have? Does the mixer include a talkback circuit?
What are you going to use the microphone for? Recording your singing while listening to backing tracks on the headset or talking to musicians you are recording that are in another room? Or something else I haven't thought of? My mixer is an Allen Heath 10FX and has two XLR mic inputs. Talk back circuit? I have no idea what that means. I play keyboard and use a mic to announce and provide some trivia about the next song, I don't sing. Tony

I own a set of these. Fairly decent for the price. Yamaha Headset Mic

I've used all kinds of head worn microphones. Countryman down to very budget minded mics from Samson and Nady. Galaxy Audio has a pretty full lineup and won't break the bank. Recent Samson models have a nice adjustability for fitting the ear. Most of those that I'm familiar with I've used with wireless transmitters but nearly all of them are also available with xlr connections as well, but make sure there is a way to clip the cable to yourself for a wired connection.

Thanks for the advice
After further thought I decide to go wireless with a Nady DKW-8U. I reasoned that sooner or later I was bound to walk away from my keyboard and forget to unplug myself from the mixer!
