Hola a todos,resulta que compré hace unas 2 semanas Band in abox 2017 ultrapck,en disco duro y para descargar....de momento mientras espero el disco duro e intentado descargar el programa desde mi cuenta en la web pgmusic,pero la descargas van muy muy lentas.Por cada archivo me tarda entre 40 y 2 horas,cosa que nunca me habia ocurrido con otras versiones .He probado descargarlo desde otras lineas de más velocidad y el problema es el mismo y a la misma velocidad de descarga.Hay algun sistema para poder descargarse el programa a una velocidad óptima y rápida.
En el envio del disco duro por lo visto y por culpa de los problemas que tenemos de terrorismo en europa el paquete está siendo retenido en diversas fronteras y está retrasando la cosa.De todas formas ya llegó en mi zona y ahora está bloqueado a la espera ya del reparto,por fin.!!.Otro problema son las tasas en impuestos y aduanas que han subido el doble.Saludos

¿Estás ubicado en España?
Con respecto a la descarga en línea, si tienes problema con la velocidad quizá podría deberse al congestionamiento del servidor, la cuál puede ser aún mayor en horarios de oficina y primeras horas de la noche. He comprobado que las descargas son mas rápidas en horarios nocturnos para los servidores, para lo cual debes calcular la equivalencia horaria entre America y Europa, por la diferencia de husos horarios.
En cuanto al retraso de la llegada de tu orden, parece como tu dices un asunto local inherente a las reglamentaciones que indicas, ya que tradicionalmente PG Music siempre ha ostentado un estupendo tiempo de entrega de sus productos en físico, no siendo nunca mayor a 4 o 5 días a nivel global. Sin embargo hay que tomar en cuenta que a partir de la llegada del artículo en físico al país destino, los tiempos de entrega posteriores a nuestros clientes, así como las tasas e impuestos aplicados, son afectados o dependen de la infraestructura postal local según cada región del mundo.
