I would like to render the bass track to MIDI so I can work on it in another DAW. I've tried dragging the bass to the drop station, I've tried dragging combo to the drop station & also tried using the MIDI tab in the files section and also the Save As tab. The only thing that will generate in any of these methods is a MIDI drum track - which I don't want (for that I want to import a WAV file of the drum track in to the DAW). No matter what I do it resolutely refuses to save a bass MIDI file. It's probably something stupid that I'm missing but I have no problem admitting that & am turning to the more knowledgeable people on the forum for advice. Thanks in advance.
