Pandora is more of an internet radio station than a streaming service but I believe they are bringing out a service where you can choose what you want to listen to. They may have already done so. But because it is so difficult to get your music on there their catalogue is not so big.
I use apple music and love it. Spotify is not available in South Africa so I can't compare. FWI - There are lots of Internet radio stations out there that specialize in specific genres of music. Most are free with commercials but a few you can subscribe to and that eliminates those commercials.
