Or another idea is to be able to remove (not permanently of course) certain instruments from a BB style. Sometimes styles are really close but have things in them that I don't want and always have to mute them or turn them down.

And remember that there IS an RT track called "SILENCE".
Use that and then you can always put in another RT if you change your mind.
