I'm using a screen recorder that saves direct to mp4 video for small file size, I just want to see if any one has trouble playing them. BB_RC_VST.mp4 BB_RC_VST2.mp4 What OS you are using, any feedback would be appreciated.

Using Windows 7 Ultimate.
BB_RC_VST.mp4 didn't open properly with Windows Media Player. It tried to open as Audio only. Jumpy audio playback only.
It did open though with VLC Media Player.
The second file (BB_RC_VST2.mp4) opened with both Windows Media Player and VLC Media Player.

Well, it's useless, it is better to try eg. A program in which video makes itself PG Music. I think SnagIt program, see: https://www.techsmith.com/snagit.html

No problem playing the clips but clicking the link took me to Mediafire download screen which downloaded not only the clips but also advertising screens (first clip was a gambling site, second had a Roblox screen advert attached).
OK downloading the files and they played OK but apprehensive about the attached advertising.
Using Windows 7 64bit.

Mediafire is not a place I will download anything from. You can't guarentee that they haven't added a payload to your files either unless you create a fingerprint ahead of time.
Someplace like Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. is much better.

Ditto for me as well. I have windows 7 Home.
BIAB 2026:RB 2026, Latest builds: Dell Optiplex 7040 Desktop; Windows-10-64 bit, Intel Core i7-6700 3.4GHz CPU and 16 GB Ram Memory.

Using Windows 7 64bit. Yes, please use another source for the links. That was a pretty ugly experience. I chose not to download .. and I hope nothing did before I closed out! just didn't feel right. New FF windows started launching (not tabs, windows), and pretty soon I was looking for windows to close much more than seeking a download.. Edit: FTR Pipeline has posted many good links here, maybe why I got to where I didn't use my usual 'hover first and see the destination of the link' habit I normally use. I wouldn't avoid his other posts because of this. He may not have the same experience as others do using Mediafire.

Thanks to those who actually tried PLAYING the videos, the main problem is the SRecorder uses MP4 video codec but MP3 audio, whereas the second one uses AAC as the audio codec. But to the others that let fear get the best of them without understanding, well I can't help you there. Mediafire uses adds to pay for a free service same as youtube (get AdBlock !), if you can't workout out what to click you should download NetNanny or get someone to hold your hand. All I know is I go out of my way to help others here, and I ask for some help but it's so hard to get because of irrational fears and panic attacks " You can't guarentee that they haven't added a payload" yes they edit the mp4 video and insert p#rn into it, very frighting stuff. I don't know why I bother to tell you the truth. I told the truth said it needs re-programing from the old Delphi and get attacked. Dude, if this reply was to me (as indicated) I intentionally edited to say you have posted many great things before.
I don't want this one post to change that.
I was on a system where (unrequested) things happened when I clicked the links that I didn't like, and asked you to use your previous methods for links (where this stuff didn't happen).
Apparently I'm not alone in these results.
I clicked nothing but your link when it happened. I hadn't wrongly clicked some ad in the resulting page.
I didn't want this post to pollute the value of your contributions here. I was just trying to help. So many of your other links didn't do this.
I'm fully aware of Adblock, and TBH the NetNanny comment was taken as kind of an insult.

I tried them with Windows 10 and had a similar experience to the others...first one audio only but with audio playing at hyper-speed (Windows media player).
Second file was fine.
