My total number is 5300 or sometimes 5298 or 5299 (dont know why it changes. lol) Then carry out actions 1,2 and 3 and the resulting list will tell you exactly what is missing AND what Sets etc they are from. Then its just a matter of reinstalling those specific sets and you should be good to go.

You will see which Set it is from in the column to the right.
You can DL any missing sets via your Account.
