I don't know how big the MegaPak is. As mentioned the other day, the EverythingPak is around 135 GB. With this in mind, 50 GB for the MegaPak might not be enough.

I don't know how much space MegaPak needs, but I was not/am not interested installing all of it, despite my having opted to purchase that package.

It was the package that made most sense for my needs.
Not the package that I ever wanted to do a full install of.

When I read your above post, it wasn't clear in my mind what you are attempting to do from which drive to where.

You mention an f: drive? Is this your USB drive?

No, in this case it is my boot drive. Most people boot from their c: drive. I do also for regular computer work.
But for my music work, I boot from my f: drive (it is on the same hard disk that my c: drive resides and has its own dedicated Windows operating system.

Also, when you copied your f:\bb files to the e: drive, how much space was left on e: afterwards? (I'm guessing that this is where you want to install BIAB.)

There were around 48+ G left. Yes this is where I'd like to install BIAB to, the place with the most space.

Are the files in f:\bb a result of your installation or are they the installing .exe files?

The former.

Are you still using your flash drive at any point?

Yes, I am using my flash drive to do the installation.
It was mailed to me for this purpose.

May be it would be easier if you can answer the following...

1. On what drive are the installation files?

2. What drive do you want to install BIAB on to?

Lastly, the minimalist install is for someone who installs from a USB hard drive and wishes to run the program from that USB hard drive. This is probably not applicable to your situation with a flash drive.

1. The USB drive, usually h:
2. e:

Yes I did want to install from the USB drive (in this case a USB flash key) and run from there. But I quickly found out that I was not supposed to do this so I abandoned that idea.
