I scripted this post before I had accessed and read the above. Just to add a little more fuel here is my original text:
One addition I would like to see added to real tracks is the ability to sustain at the end of a song. At present say with a two bar ending the piano (or sax etc) does a very nice little arppegio or run but it gets cut off pretty swiftly to fit into the end of the bar timing. I often wish the piano etc could sustain the ending for say another bar at least to let the strings fade away. This would make it sound even more realistic.
