I though we could not do cover songs. I though they all had to [be] originals. Yes, this is a cover. It's a creative cover, in 4/4 with a very nice funk feel, but it uses the original chords and melody (except for the last two bars). It is a copyrighted instantly-recognizable song from the best-selling recording in the history of jazz: Miles Davis' Kind of Blue.

It's not your fellow users' place to say whether this song belongs here. Islansoul asked a question, and I gave my opinion.
I admit, I'm puzzled that PG Music staff found the song complies with the guidelines stated at the top of this forum, but if they didn't say anything, you have nothing to apologize for.

Very authentic jazz tune!
Piano playing is so nice. The sounds are so cool.
In order to avoid the copyright problem, I think it may be a proper way to cut the main melody or to give an original melody to the chord progression or to play the whole part with your improvisation only and change the title.
Enjoyed my listen a lot.
